The premise of this unique offering is a simple one: Most of the meaningful interactions that happen at a conference usually happen informally - at the bar, on the golf course, during dinner, etc. The real work doesn't necessarily happen in "Ballroom A", but offline… where people seek each other out to network, brainstorm, and problem solve. The Breakthrough Café builds on this naturally occurring phenomenon by providing an entertaining, interactive, energizing experience that radically increases the odds of conference goers getting out of the box.

1. Upon entering the Breakthrough Café, each cafe goer declares an intention, challenge, goal, or idea they want to noodle on during the evening.

2. Throughout the experience, our team of InnoWaiters™ - trained catalysts of the creative process - interact with café goers in fun ways to get the creative juices flowing. (Our "Whine List," for example, helps people go beyond their biggest excuses for procrastinating.)

3. Cafe goers informally brainstorm with each other throughout the evening - at their tables, while enjoying hors d'oeuvres, at the bar etc. Put simply, the Breakthrough Café provides the mood, moment, and process for people to THINK BIG while having fun at the same time.
