Brainstorm Facilitation Workbooks
Knowing how time-crunched our clients are, we've decided to unbundle the content of our brainstorm facilitation training and sell the workbooks as a standalone item.
Ours is a flipped learning approach. In other words, you get our instructional content first and then decide if you want to dive in deeper via any of the four options below.
1. Phone Coaching: One-on-one or small group sessions with an Idea Champions Master facilitator. You choose whatever topics, tools, or techniques interest you from our 142-page workbook and we'll do the rest – a virtual distillation of what we've learned since 1987 about the art and science of facilitating breakthrough brainstorming sessions.
2. Just-in-Time Session Design: If you have a high-profile ideation session coming up with a discerning client and want to ensure extraordinary results, we're just a phone call away. You pitch us the approach you're considering and we'll provide feedback, advice, tips, tools, techniques, and possible alternative approaches.
3. Needs Assessment: If you want to find out what the current reality of brainstorming is in your organization, we can make that happen in a cost-effective way. We'll conduct a company-wide poll, interview key stakeholders and change agents, then summarize our findings and recommendations in an easy-to-read summary document – then debrief it with you.
4. On-Site Training: Assuming you find value in our Conducting Genius workbook and want to dive in deeper, we'll create a customized 1, 2, or 3-day training and deliver it on site. You choose the topics. You choose the tools, techniques, muffins, and the place to have the training. We'll provide the rest. If you've already purchased five or more workbooks, we'll discount the training by 10%. Max number of participants: 10.
