Creative Thinking for the Strategically Challenged

Know Time is a customizable 3 -4 hour innovation module that helps forward thinking business leaders accelerate the process of growing their organization in extraordinary ways. Both engaging and enlightening, Know Time is the perfect segue to strategic planning because it allows participants to identify their limiting assumptions and generate the kind of game changing ideas that infuse strategic plans with real meaning and passion. While no two Know Time sessions are exactly alike, they all include a mix of hands-on problem solving challenges, creative thinking tools, brainstorming, teambuilding, coaching, and tutorials on establishing a sustainable culture of innovation.
